Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the treatment of payments for subscription plans and services provided by PlotMind ("Operator").

  1. General Policy: No Refunds

All fees, subscriptions, and charges are non-refundable. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital services and AI content generation, all successful payments are considered final and irrevocable.

  1. Exceptions to the General Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

2.1. Billing Errors

If you are charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount), the Operator will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge, provided the claim is submitted within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.

2.2. Service Non-Delivery

If you subscribe to a service and, due to a verifiable technical issue on the Operator's side, the service is completely inaccessible or non-functional for a continuous period exceeding seven (7) days, you may request a pro-rated refund for the period of non-use.

  1. Subscription Cancellations

3.1. Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds (pro-rated or otherwise) will be issued for the remaining portion of the current month. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.

3.2. Annual Subscriptions:

Initial Period: A full refund may be requested within seven (7) days of the initial annual purchase, provided the account has generated minimal Output (less than 1,000 requests).

Termination: If an annual subscription is canceled after the initial seven (7) day period, no refund will be issued.

  1. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to nikoimerlishvili@gmail.com and must include:

Your PlotMind account username or email address.

The date and amount of the transaction.

The reason for the refund request (must fall under Section 2).

Proof of purchase (e.g., a transaction ID or receipt).

The Operator reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the specified criteria.

Note: The Operator does not offer refunds based on user dissatisfaction with the content generated by the AI, as the quality and outcome are dependent on user Inputs and the probabilistic nature of the model.
